Our products are all photographed and displayed with great care to give a detailed image of the item. Please note that due to different screen resolutions and the colour profiles of individual computers, the colour might not be correctly represented as it is in real life. Each product is described, measured and priced. The products displayed are only a selection of our huge stock so please contact us if you can't find what you are looking for. Should you require a detailed description on a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
We take great care to keep the site up to date, and regularly list new items and remove sold ones. The majority of products on the website are available to buy online or instore, occassionally a product is not available, and we are sorry if this is the case. If you have already purchased the item that is not available we will refund you the payment and offer you possible alternatives that are in stock.
Most of our products are antique prints on paper, and are not new. The passage of time makes each item unique, and often adds to it's character. It is important to look at the images on the website, and contact us if you require specific information regarding condition.
If you would like to return an item purchased on the website you must:
- inform us by email within 14 days that you wish to return the item and why, before sending it.
- send the item back to us in its original packaging.
- return it in the same condition it was sent.
- send the item tracked and insured.
Refunding returned items:
- Once we receive the item back we will contact you to arrange the refund to the same card from which the was made. We are unable to refund to anyone else, or in any other way.
- We will refund the full value of the item and the postage, but not the cost of returning the item to us.
