The original engravings were by Crispijn Van De Passe, published in the Hortus Floridus circa 1614.
Hortus Floridus is widely regarded as a masterpiece and is perhaps the greatest of early horticultural works using copperplate engravings. The original seventeenth-century work was the creation of Crispijn van de Passe, a Dutch publisher and member of a famous family of engravers.
We provide an extensive range of mouldings so please contact us for alternative framing options.
Van De Passe Tulips 2 & 3 are also available unframed.
